Meg Koffel promotes to Princess Cruises’ Director of Public Relations

Meg Koffel, based in Sydney, Australia, has been promoted to Director of Public Relations who has previously served as manager of public relations.

Koffel will continue to drive communications strategy, messaging and media relations for Princess Cruise  across Australia & New Zealand.

In her expanded role she will increase her responsibility by taking a leadership role in the development of the brands’ new ship communications, public relations launch strategy and planning, starting with Sky Princess, which will join the fleet October 2019.

Koffel will continue to report into Stuart Allison, senior vice president Asia Pacific Planning & Operations for Carnival plc, trading as Princess Cruises.  For her expanded role she will collaborate with the headquarters public relations and inaugural events team lead by Brian O’Connor, vice president of global public relations for Princess Cruises.

Koffel will continue to manage PR agency relationships with Fleishman Hillard in Australia and Eleven in New Zealand supported by (Ms.) Jaye Sellen who will continue to report to Koffel in Australia.
