Gavin Percy who is the business growth specialist trainer would be addressing how venues can increase revenue and conversions on 11th September, just by asking his ‘Three Killer Questions’ while handling the venue booking enquiries. With about 30 years experience of working in the hospitality sector, the coach as well as the mentor is convinced that if the staff is stuck to his winning formula, the venues would probably witness risen revenues, by at least 20%.
The seminar continues for two-and-a-half-hours.
And, it would be hosted at the Manufacturing Technology Centre, Coventry and is open to both members and non-members.
On 20th September, the MIA is also getting ready to host an interactive seminar entitled ‘show rounds to conversions’ at Whittleury Hall in Northampton. The seminar is going to be an action-packed full-day event that covers conference and wedding show rounds.
It would be offering guidance about how to involve their operations team and how to utilize conversational questioning to identify the customer’s buying criteria.
Rose McDonald who is one of the trainers has over 30 years experience, collaborating within several groups and independent hotels, venues and venue finding agencies. He would be joined by Kevan Holland who brings in a great deal of experience, as he has worked with key agencies and venues in senior roles, within the MICE industry.
