The Meetings Industry Association is trying to collaborate with The Meetings Show 2017 with an aim to bring in industry professionals on a common platform where the new and existing buyers would interact during the three-day show.
It is scheduled to take place between 13th and 15th June at London’s Olympia.
And, the MIA would be hosting the AIM Pavilion and also invite its AIM accredited venues, destinations and suppliers to showcase their business and services to the industry.
The event of this year plans to bring together about 3,000 industry professionals under a single roof, from event managers and agencies to the government, corporate and public sectors as well as executive and personal assistants who would be able to participate in a fully hosted buyer program for free.
Jane Longhurst who is the chief executive of the MIA asserted that they are delighted to be working with The Meetings Show once more.
The show always offers a golden opportunity for the professionals, to meet with buyers face-to-face and explore the current challenges and also the opportunities for the year ahead. She went on to add that their presence at the show also offers opportunities to spread the word about their world and business planning underpins.
The AIM accredited destinations, venues and suppliers who would attend the AIM Pavilion include Destination Southampton (Hampshire Conference Bureau), Roehampton Venues, Lane End Conference Centre, Bournemount International Centre, The HAC, Heythrop Park Resort, Grand Harbour Hotel and Staffordshire Conference Bureau.
