Miami Beach Convention CenterLE Miami — the premier annual marketplace where contemporary travel brands meet with high-level buyers and luxury media — transformed two halls of the Miami Beach Convention Center into a glow-in-the dark exhibit floor, complete with a DJ booth, pop-up meditation station and business “suites” where official meetings took place between leading luxury travel suppliers and buyers.

“The enormous success of LE Miami is absolutely linked with our choice of destination and venue. Miami and the Beaches, with its particular brand of tropical artistic audacity, its relaxed vibe and modern energy, is a perfect fit for a show committed to defining the future of contemporary travel,” said Serge Dive, Executive Director of LE Miami. “The Miami Beach Convention Center’s striking new design, state-of-the-art technology, and dedication to sustainability has furthered the immersive experience that we aspire to provide our customers. The convention center staff’s dedication, kindness and passion for their craft is what allows us to deliver the world’s most forward-thinking travel show.”

The Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau welcomed LE Miami to the Miami Beach Convention Center over June 12-14, 2018.

The newly reimagined Miami Beach Convention Center is undergoing the final phase of a $620-million dollar renovation and expansion which will include a new 60,000-square-foot grand ballroom, 500,000 square feet of exhibit space, 84 breakout rooms, and a new six-acre public park to serve as incremental event space. A record-breaking commitment to the arts, the destination has invested approximately $7 million in public art throughout the convention center campus, one of the largest public art commissions in the nation. The reimagined Miami Beach Convention Center is set to welcome the first official citywide convention in September 2018 when it will be home to the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) annual convention. The Miami Beach Convention Center is the anchor to Greater Miami’s meetings and conventions industry, which generates an economic impact of nearly $2 billion to the destination.
