Celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival with an exquisite collection of artisanal snow skin mooncakes and a classic range of traditional baked mooncake treasures presented by Cherry Garden from 10 August to 4 October 2017.
Inspired by Singapore’s national cake, Cherry Garden introduces the pandan with dried cherries and pistachio mooncakes, a perfect pairing of the aromatic pandanus palm and smooth lotus paste, studded with sweet dried cherries and crunchy pistachio bits for a luscious finish. Back by popular demand is the sea salt caramel with single-yolk mooncakes, now complemented with pecan nuts to tantalise one’s taste buds. Highlights not to miss include the low-sugar silver lotus paste mooncakes with double or single yolk, well-loved signatures in the delectable selection of traditional baked delights.
New flavours in the premium snow skin range include the mini snow skin mooncake with custard paste, rose petals and chestnut, a blend of creamy custard, chestnut chunks and rose petals; tangy passionfruit paste and pistachio; and refreshing osmanthus and walnut.
Cherry Garden’s mini snow skin mooncake with lychee martini chocolate truffle remains a favourite, featuring hints of decadent lychee martini and chocolate truffle encased in delicate snow skin.
Handcrafted with authentic ingredients, the traditional mooncakes are available in dainty two-piece boxes or extravagant four-piece boxes. Those who enjoy a variety of classic flavours can indulge in the Cherry Garden Four Treasures to savour the four baked mooncake flavours or choose the Assortment of Mini Snow Skin Mooncakes featuring eight pieces of two snow skin flavours each.
