The property is currently operating as Ananda Hua Hin Resort & Spa will be rebranded to Avani Hua Hin Resort and Villas on November 20th.
Minor Hotels will make an investment of US$22.5 million. Dillip Rajakarier the chief executive of Minor Hotels commented that Avani was already established in Thailand and the beachside resort will add on to the brand’s growing portfolio. They are looking forward to work with B&G Park and make it a huge success.
There are 196 guest rooms with a secluded beach escape in the resort with standard rooms, pool villas and suites. It offers an impressive view of the garden, pool and the ocean.
The Ballroom provides an extensive setting for business and social events in Hua Hin, the facilities can accommodate up to 500 people and there will be theatre style seating for 700 people. The ballroom can also be re-configured for smaller meeting and event venues.
Theprit Srichawal, the director of B&G Parks said that Minor Hotels offers all the operational attributes that one looks for in a joint venture along with Avani’s modern and straightforward approach. Avani Hua Hin Resort & Villas will stand out in the competitive market.
The resort is easily accessible from the Thai capital, it takes two hour via drive and 25 minutes via flight.
