On Tuesday 26th November from 6:30 pm. – 9:30 pm., experience magic moments at a special Moët & Chandon Champagne Wine Dinner at L’Appart.
Inspired by a luxurious Parisian-style apartment, L’Appart is the perfect setting for a decadent evening of Chef Jeremey Tourret’s gourmet cuisine paired with Moet & Chandon. The 4-course menu will include Moët & Chandon’s exclusive Grand Vintage 2004, Dom Perignon Vintage 2014, Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial, and Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial. Price is at THB 5,800++ per person.
The renowned Champagne house, Moet & Chandon was established in 1743 and has been adding sparkle and glamour to celebrations and special occasion every since. L’Appart’s Chef Jeremy has worked in 2 and 3 Michelin-star restaurants and collaborated with renowned French chefs, Eric Fréchon, Daniel Boulud and Olivier Samson. At the unique rooftop venue, he combines French technique with Asian inspiration to create his own distinctive approach to fine dining.
This culinary entertainment starts at 6:30 pm. with a Champagne cocktail reception and is presented by Mr. Arnaud Mirey, the Regional Brand Ambassador from Moet Hennesy Asia Pacific. Diners will enjoy a selection of Champagnes from Moet & Chandon to compliment his modern French menu. The evening will begin with Chef Jeremy’s delightful of canapé: Pink shrimp Accra, yellow curry mayonnaise. Beef tartar, quail eggs and condiments.
Salmon rillettes, avruga caviar, squid ink toast followed by a delicious Amouse bouche of Roasted eggplant, ricotta raviole, poultry consommé. Diners will also enjoy the starter of Homemade marble Foie gras terrine, champagne jelly, pear, lemon comfit chutney, brioche toast, and main course of Panfried snow fish, pink quinoa, raspberry foam, lemon caviar, beurre blanc acidulé. The gastronomic evening will end with a luscious dessert of Grapefruit and rubharbe on frangipane, zest orange grenadine comfit and lemon sorbet.
