Mix it up with Talavera at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North this spring with the return of the Monthly Mashup series, kicking off Sunday, March 20, 2016 with Bootleggers Modern American Smokehouse and Chef Fidencio Alatriste. Each month, one prominent local chef joins forces with Executive Chef Mel Mecinas for an unpredictable evening of culinary fun.
“This is an amazing culinary community, with talent rivalling any major city,” says Mecinas. “We started the Mashup series last year to celebrate our local chefs and welcome new creativity into our kitchen. The response has been overwhelmingly positive, and we can’t wait to return this spring with an exciting new line up.”
The spring 2016 series is as follows:
Sunday, March 20 – Bootleggers Modern American Smokehouse, featuring Chef Fidencio Alatriste
Sunday, April 24 – Noble Eatery, featuring Chef Claudio Urciuoli
Sunday, May 22 – L’Auberge Restaurant, featuring Chef Rochelle Daniel
Sunday, June 19 – El Chorro, featuring Chef Kelly Fletcher
Each evening features a four-course tasting menu, with highlights from each chef’s culinary concept. The chefs join forces for a specialty amuse course to start the culinary journey. The cost for each event in the series is USD 95 per person, not inclusive of tax and gratuity.
