It has been based in Aÿ, France, at the heart of the great Champagne vineyards, since it was founded more than 150 years ago.

 

AYALA crafts wines that are popular for their precision, delicacy, ethereal quality and their style based on freshness and elegance. In this event, cellar master Caroline Latrive guides guests through the history and inspiration of AYALA Champagnes including newly-launched AYALA Rosé N°8. An exclusive nine-course dinner is designed and crafted by Hiroyuki Asano, Head Chef of MOTIF RESTAURANT & BAR to perfectly match to the refined flavours of AYALA Champagnes.

Time: 6:30 pm doors open, 7:00 pm dinner starts
Place: MOTIF RESTAURANT & BAR – The Social Salon
Price: JPY 35,000 per person (inclusive of 8 percent consumption tax and 15 percent service charge); includes five glasses from the selected AYALA Champagnes and special nine-course dinner by Head Chef Hiroyuki Asano
