Aditya Shamsher Malla has recently been appointed the General Manager for Four Points by Sheraton Jaipur. With almost two decades of Luxury Hotels operations experience in the hospitality industry, Aditya has demonstrated capabilities in evolving a more focused approach to strengthen the visibility for Four Points by Sheraton Jaipur as one of the best Business hotels in the city.
Aditya comes with a clear mind and an ability to drive the team and deliver results. Aditya returns to the Starwood family as General Manager of Four Points by Sheraton Jaipur. Aditya previously held Excom assignments with Starwood as Director of Sales & Marketing of The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace and as EAM – Sales & Marketing of The Westin Mumbai Garden City. He played an important role in the positioning of both these Westin properties, contributing to growth in revenue and market share in their respective cities. Basis his outstanding contribution to the property revenue, Aditya was selected to be a part of the elite The Executive Assistant Manager / Hotel Manager track. It’s a one-year program that focuses on the formal development of high potential internal directors who have the potential to fast track their move into the next level as Executive Assistant Manager / Hotel Manager within 12 months.
He has worked as Director of Sales at The Oberoi Grand, Kolkata and also served as a member of the Tourism Committee of CII Eastern Region and as President of Skal International Kolkata chapter during his stint in Kolkata. He has completed his Honors Degree in Economics from University of Delhi.
