One of them would debut in the year 2022 while the other one would be launched in 2024. The cruise ships of MSC Cruises’ World Class vessels would be featuring as many as 2,760 cabins boasting of a maximum capacity of 6,850 guests that is the highest passenger capacity in the global cruise fleet, as per a press release.
This cruise chip would measure about 330 metres in length.
A leading media house has calculated that this is nearly as long as three football fields and that it would be holding about a hundred more guests as compared to the leading cruise liners.
And, the cruise vessels would be enriched with the latest cruise luxuries and would cater beautifully to the requirements of the cruise travellers.
For instance, they would possess water slides, a bowling alley, indoor promenade and even a flight simulator. The cruise liner also stated that the new World Class cruise ships would be different than the other cruise ships. The ‘World Class’ futuristic ‘Y’ shape structure would make it possible for panoramic sea views and would increase the proportion of balcony cabins.
MSC Cruises are quite popular in the Mediterranean, Brazil and South Africa.
But then, they also provide cruise sailings in Northern Europe, Caribbean and other areas. These ships would represent the latest innovation in the cruising industry. Ponant, a different cruise provider had recently declared about its plans for underwater lounges. Here, guests would be able to check out the fascinating marine creatures swimming close to the ship while enjoying a drink on a sofa that vibrates in response to the movements of the sea.
