Over 200 people representing the lodging industry comprising owners, operators, general managers of inns, resorts, beds and breakfasts, hotels and motor inns would be conglomerating in Newport for the annual New England Inns and Resorts Association (NEIRA) meeting that would be hosted 1st till 3rd November, 2017.
This conference would highlight on sharing expertise and advice particularly in the spheres of operations and marketing that would place ‘heads in beds’, raise the profitability, trigger awareness and lead to stronger guest connections for every property.
The CEO of NEIRA Beth Steucek is anticipating a comprehensive, educational meeting that would advance the mission of locally based lodging properties a majority of which are owned independently.
Evan Smith who is the Discover Newport President and CEO would welcome the attendees of the meeting with opening remarks.
Smith feels that organizations like New England Inns and Resorts Association are essential to the evolution and growth of the industry, especially in New England. It is truly vital to the growth of their industry.
