Renowned for its chic interiors and stellar view of the bustling Sheikh Zayed Road – Level 43 Sky Lounge has launched an entirely new food and beverage menu.Highlighting the new menu are Watermelon and Feta, Baked Aubergines with sautéed spinach and pecorino cheese; Mushroom Risotto Balls served with tomato basil sauce;Grilled Lamb Cutlets served with green lentils and onion stew, Teriyaki Striploin served with crispy mushroom; Crispy Calamari, Fried Lobster Crunch served with fresh mango as well as a Poultry and Meat platter served with coconut sticky rice and onion stew.
In addition to this, Level 43 brings new, energetic and fresh cocktails crafted with a mix of the season’s freshest ingredients, herbs, juices and seasonings.“We are passionate about what we do and our thoughtfully designed cocktails are crafted with lots of care and attention to perfectly match our theme,” says Simone Guerinoni, Chief Experience Officer at Level 43 Sky Lounge.
