Hence, Dubai Tourism is using new technology and tools to welcome 20 million visitors by the end of 2020. New technology is helping explore the city’s continual event listings through a more modernized process. According to a latest application upgrade an in-app portal will allow users to book tickets directly without accessing multiple third-party platforms.
It will also provide users with integrated access to Google Maps and push notifications, for an easier and hassle-free experience. Due to year-round events, Dubai is now a leading entertainment destination recognized by the International Festivals and Events Association (IFEA) as the 2016 World Festival and Event City. Creating an easier consumer experience is integral to Dubai Calendar website and app, which is like a one-stop digital library for all the city’s events.
