Following the popular launch of the New Year’s Day brunch, Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca signature restaurant Bleu continues to innovate on the brunch concept with a new themed-series starting with the Chinese New Year. On January 29, 2017, join Four Seasons and celebrate the Year of the Rooster with a brunch that draws inspiration from the best in Asian gastronomy.
To patrons’ delight, Bleu will transform into an Asian-themed restaurant with Chinese lanterns and ornaments decorating the outlet. Plenty of surprises and activities await families looking for a unique and fun culinary experience in the White City.
The buffet menu will feature several Asian highlights such as Chinese New Year crab and meat dumplings, bánh bao, fried spring rolls, Chinese Peking soup, Thai and Vietnamese salad as well as a live Cantonese rice station. Sweet items include rice pineapple and banana pudding, lychee macarons and coconut marshmallows.
To mark the occasion, the Bleu Bar team has concocted three festive drinks including White Peony, a drink made of rice water with homemade vanilla and anise syrup infused with Pai Lu Than white tea; Black Dragon, a smoked oolang tea infused with honey; and finally a Virgin MoThai, made with homemade oatmeal syrup, lemon juice, fresh mint and honey.
