Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole has a few new libations offerings to add to the après scene this winter. From specialty cocktails to house made libations and classy bubbles, après has never been this cool.
In celebration of the Year of the Rooster, Ascent Lounge will be offering a limited time only, Flaming Rooster cock-tail. Flaming, as according to the Chinese astrology calendar each zodiac year is associated with one of the five elements and this year is fire. The flaming is also a cautionary reminder that house infused habanero vodka has been added to this lovely beverage along with passion fruit puree, blood orange and yuzu juice, simple syrup and house infused basil oil.
Ascent Lounge is also the place to stop in for a quick Hotshot pick me up. Just launched this winter, these mini-shots all have a hot cocoa base with flavours that change daily, such as Crater Lake hazelnut vodka, Aztec tequila, Jameson whiskey, Baileys and Rumple Minze mint liqueur. It’s safe to say, one’s chocolate fix will be met with these tasty treats.
For a quick nip, stop by The Handle Bar and enjoy house made Fireball, sold by the shot or flask. The bartending team starts by toasting the cinnamon sticks and creating cinnamon syrup, which is steeped overnight to really bring out a rich and toasted flavour. Cayenne pepper is then added to the syrup, strained and finished with Bulleit rye.
For those looking to enjoy a more refined après experience, Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is offering a slopeside Veuve Clicquot Champagne Bar. The moveable bar surfaces every Friday thru Sunday from 2:00 to 5:00 pm. Enjoy mountain bubbles and après at its classiest.
