Nobu Doha, the city’s premier award-winning restaurant by renowned chef Nobuyuki “Nobu” Matsuhisa located at Four Seasons Hotel Doha, is celebrating the restaurant’s first anniversary. Recognised throughout the region as “the” place to sip and savour, Nobu Doha has had a groundbreaking year that has included sought-after culinary awards, celebrity-filled events and exquisite cuisine.

To commemorate the landmark one-year anniversary, Nobu Doha is serving up a special omakase menu throughout the month of May 2016. The Anniversary Omakase features an exclusive six-course menu specially created by Nobu Doha head chef Andrew Bozoki and the team. The menu includes:
On May 1, Nobu Doha will uncork its celebratory month with a complimentary glass of sparkling wine for each patron in the main dining room. Additionally, each guest who orders the special omakase menu will have the opportunity to win Chef Nobu’s cook book, signed by the celebrated chef himself.
As the city’s most coveted restaurant, Nobu Doha features an artfully curated culinary and cocktail menu, complemented by an unparalleled ambiance with a main dining room and three distinct lounges throughout the tri-level restaurant. The Anniversary Omakase menu is priced at QAR 450 per person and is available May 1-31, 2016.
