The app would be available on Norwegian Sky railings.
And it would also be rolled out across the fleet by the end of 2018. Unlike iConcierge that only used to function while cruises were onboard during sailing Cruise Norwegian would always be available to users before, during and after a cruise.
Andy Stuart who is the CEO and President of Norwegian Cruise Line mentioned in a statement that the Cruise Norwegian app brings convenient anytime-access to a series of onboard offerings, services and activities.
Thanks to this special app travellers would be capable of doing research on future sailings and also complete some embarkation-day paper work, and this would save them time during check-ins.
Furthermore it would also allow them to purchase shore excursions, make dining reservations and add some drink packages.
Besides there also exists a feature permitting travellers to track on board purchases, search for disembarkation information and also receive directions to the port.
While there is no cost to download the app there is a one-time fee of nearly $9.95 per device for friends or family eager to utilize the app’s messaging and call functions on board.
