Norwegian Cruise Line is introducing the first full season cruise in Australia and New Zealand with the maiden arrival of Norwegian Jewel into Sydney Harbour. Sydney Harbour or Port Jackson is a natural harbour embarks thousands of cruise ships.
The 2,376-passenger ship, Norwegian Jewel, introduces new features to the region such as The Haven, a private enclave of luxurious suites and villas with a 24-hour butler and a private sundeck.
This ship also has 16 dining venues including a Brazilian steakhouse, Teppanyaki, Italian and Asian, as well as 15 bars, many with a theme such as champagne, sake, mojito, whiskey or cabaret.
The party entertainment includes Burn the Floor dance show, magic, comedy, Le Cirque Bijou and a White Hot Party.
The arrival of Norwegian Jewel breaks the mould when it comes to freedom and flexibility, ushering in a new style of cruising with no set dining times, no pre-assigned seating and no dress codes, giving Australian travellers the unique opportunity to create bespoke cruise holiday experiences any way they want.
The current season of Norwegian Cruise Line is almost sold out and next summer’s season, after a bow-to-stern refurbishment, is now on sale.
From November 2017 to February 2018, Norwegian Jewel will offer nine sailings commencing to Tasmania, South Australia and New Zealand. The cruise will visit Cairns, Hobart, NZ, the South Pacific, Southeast Asia, and a transpacific voyage from Vancouver to Tokyo.
