La Cantina, the Mexican restaurant at Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre has launched a new menu with a wide range of signature dishes with exclusive Mexican ingredients, spices and chillies that are sure to satiate your senses.
Master Chef Jogha and his team have crafted a new and exciting menu portraying the culinary traditions of Mexico and have introduced few amazing flavours and dishes. Some highlights from this menu are Baked Chips, Potato skin with jalapeno cream, Mashroom rellenos (Crisp mushrooms stuffed with chipotle, ancho & jalpino chilies), Chicken panuchos, Yucatan Chicken Skewers, Mixed seafood platter, Tinga vegetables with jalapeno cream (Fajitas), crab elote etc. The main course has Vegetable budino (Layer of salsa budin, vegetables & corn tortilla), Checken adobado (Chicken cooked in tangy chili sauce served with creamy cilantro fettuccine) & Lucas prawns& pepper brochette (served with verde rice & garlic broccoli flower).
Desserts like (Churros) Fried pastry, dusted with cinnamon and brown sugar served with bitter chocolate sauce, Banana dulce de leche wraps & Cantina Sundae will be served by the slice. The new menu at La Cantina is planned to offer the best taste in a simple and classic fashion by intelligently using seasonal ingredients to give customers new and comfortable food experience. Each dish in the new menu is unique, delicious and completely worth trying.
