Hilton is all set to start its new sea front property in Okinawa in 2016. It will comprise of 190 rooms. The new agreement so signed with Dijaya Land Development Sdn Bhd will entrust them with responsibility of managing Okinawa Kin in Kin. This is going to be a part of integrated resort development undertaken in the eastern side of the mainland of Okinawa faxing the Kin bay and a pacific ocean. This provides an ideal place for luxury travelling set amidst beaches.
Guy Phillips, vice-president, development, Asia-Pacific, Hilton Worldwide said, “Having operated in Japan for half a century, Hilton Worldwide today operates ten properties located in key leisure and business locations across the country, from Hokkaido in the north to Okinawa in the south, with one more to open next year in Chatan, Okinawa,” he further added, “Hilton Okinawa Kin will be our 12th property in Japan, and presents an opportunity to fly another Hilton flag in a key destination for our iconic, flagship brand. Backed by a strong partner like Dijaya Land Development Sdn Bhd, we are confident that this hotel will perform well and continue to deliver quality hospitality experiences synonymous with the Hilton Hotels & Resorts brand.”
The hotel will be at 48 km distance from Naha International Airport. The 12 storey Hilton will be accessible directly from Naha city. The hotel has chosen in ideal travel destination spot as Kin is very famous for its sightseeing that includes Churaumi Aquarium, Okinawa National Ocean Park, Kokusai Street, Shuri Castle, Statue of Himeyuri and the northern resort areas.
