For the tenth consecutive month Orlando International Airport (MCO) has recorded both domestic and international passenger growth. In April domestic traffic climbed by its highest margin in over four and a half years up nearly 8.8 percent.
“Our increase in domestic traffic is a positive reflection of the popularity of this market and with expected new service announcements this trend should continue,” says Frank Kruppenbacher, Chairman of the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority. “This reinforces our unanimous decision at our last board meeting to start planning for the South Terminal project.”
