The project counts on 12 places of access to the observation points, with a high diversity of birds, Rodolfo Lizano, director for planning and development for the Costa Rican Tourism Institute (ICT) stated. Some of the points coincide with the Tourism Development Centers in Costa Rica.
International information recounts that the birds observation there turn out to be today one of the most important tourist activities, and in which Costa Rica occupies the fifth place as favorite place, for aspects like the biodiversity, infrastructure, accessibility and an estimation that includes more than 900 species.
During the presentation of the offer, the first of its kind in Costa Rica, Lizano told the reporters this initiative will let the experts give participation to closer communities.
