Oslo AirportOslo Airport will be the world’s first hub to offer jet biofuels to all airlines and is now launching deliveries. Set aside Friday, 22 January at 12.00 noon if you would like to take part in this historic occasion at Norway’s main airport.


On Friday, January 22, we invite the press to the commemoration of this event, together with Minister of Transport and Communications Ketil Solvik-Olsen, representatives from Avinor, AirBP, Lufthansa Group, SAS, KLM and ICAO. The project will be briefly presented by the various parties, before attendees board a bus for the ride out to the tank facilities to view the actual filling process.



11.30 Registration at Radisson Park Inn at Oslo Airport. Lunch.

12.00 Press conference

12.55 – Transport to tank facility 
14.00 – Transport back to Park Inn


Parts of the event will take place outdoors at the airport, and everyone who would like to attend must have a visitor’s pass.


Please send us the following information by 20 January at 12.00 noon to enable us to prepare the visitor’s pass on time.
