Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa has announced the appointment of Chef Francisco Domingo Canzano as the Executive Chef at the award-winning destination resort. Franco brings more than 14 years of expertise in the hospitality industry.
Chef Franco holds a Diploma in Culinary from Gato Duma’s School, Argentina and started his career with Restaurant Katrine in Buenos Aires. He joined the Hyatt family in 2003 at Park Hyatt Paris Vendome and has also worked with Park Hyatt Milan, Park Hyatt Palacio Duhau Buenos Aires. His previous assignment was with Grand Hyatt Doha where he held the position of Executive Sous Chef.
Franco is very active and enjoys contact sports; he also enjoys fishing and loves cooking for his friends and family. Sharing his joy on his new assignment, Chef said “I am very happy to be part of this wonderful property and look forward to working with my new culinary team, together to reach the highest possible level with motivation, hard work and respect”.
