The new product is tailor made for customers who want to book their trip securing low-cost fares but are not sure of their travel partners.
After the purchase of the Flexible Travel Partner service, the customer can provide the name of one passenger but will have the flexibility to book up to nine passengers without having to mention during the time of booking.
However, additional names can be provided at any point by accessing the online booking before making an online check-in.
The chief officer, George Michalopoulos mentioned that after the introduction of Fare Lock service, he was delighted to announce the launch of another service and thereby add to the ever-growing product portfolio. Both business and leisure trip customers seek flexibility while travelling.
The new services will provide the lowest possible fare leaving it on the customer to decide who they will travel with. Consumer preferences is constantly monitored and the products are built to suffice their need.
