Paxport is a leading partner for airlines and travel resellers in ancillary merchandising and passenger management, while Multicom is one of the most established and well respected suppliers of online travel software and travel technology solutions for the global travel industry.
The merger will double Paxport’s size and allow its services to access the booking stage, a vital complement to the post-booking user experience provided today, and the ability to offer fast-to-market, plug and play services. Acquiring strategic competence, adding new products and reaching a larger customer base is part of Paxport’s aggressive strategy to grow and differentiate by providing outstanding travel merchandising solutions. The new company will have around 100 employees and be headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, Paxport’s base. Multicom will remain located in Bristol, UK.
