The Andean country will show why it is deemed as the World’s Best Culinary Destination, Peru’s Exports and Tourism Promotion Board (Promperu) said.
The gastronomic meeting will serve to introduce young Peruvian chefs; among them, Jose Lujan stands out. He is a youthful cook and owner of the Chullpi, Taytafe and Ayasqa restaurants based in Cusco region.
The event also will feature some Inca chefs residing in Spain such as Nicky Ramos (the Market Peru, Barcelona), Luis Arevalo (Kena, Madrid), Jhosef Arias (Piscomar, Madrid), Roberto Sihuay (Ceviche 103, Barcelona) and Jorge Muñoz (Pakta, Barcelona).
Madrid Fusion is the most important platform for gastronomy in the European market.
