On 19 November starts one of the largest and most important trade fairs of the meetings industry – EIBTM in Barcelona. Every year, Poland Convention Bureau of the PTO organizes a national stand, whose sub-exhibitors are the organizers of meetings and events in Poland, conference facilities and representatives of the Regional Convention Bureaux. This year, for the first time PCB PTO will conduct an extensive promotional campaign aimed at marking Polish activity, arousing interest in our country, and inviting to the Polish stand F80.
Ads promoting the Polish meetings industry, which can be seen at the fair include Internet advertising on the fair home page and subpages, print ads in the fair catalogue and the Daily Show newspaper and billboards at the main entrance to the fairgrounds. The distinctive PCB flower will also be present at all fair IDs.
In addition, PCB PTO is a partner of the EIBTM Forum (Monday, 18 November, 4.30 p.m. – 6.30 p.m., Palau de Congressos, Fira Montjuic) during which there will be ads of Poland at event site, on the website and in the newsletter and guests will listen to a short presentation.
Trends Report is a publication presenting the latest trends and statistics for the meetings industry and the outlook for the coming years. PCB PTO, as a partner of the publishing house will include a newspaper advertising in it, plus PCB PTO will start two press conferences for the launch of the report.
EIBTM fair is an excellent opportunity to showcase the Polish conference offer internationally. During three days of the fair, there are individual meetings and presentations for groups of hosted buyers. The Polish stand F80 will present:
On 20 November from 6 p.m. on our Stand F80 there will be also Happy Hour with live music performance and catering, and the participants will receive awards from Polish sub-exhibitors. Happy hour is an opportunity to establish business contacts in a slightly less formal setting.
