The Premier Hotels Culinary Festival will take place between November 11 and December 1 and will host chefs from the Premier Hotels in Kyiv, Lviv and Yalta. Each of the three weeks will be dedicated to a new themed menu. The culinary team will undergo the master-classes by the guest chefs and will pamper guests with outstanding gourmand creations.
The festival will start off with the Galytska cuisine, presented by the Dnister Premier Hotel chef Ivan Lomeyko. Young and ambitious chef has already participated in the Hell’s Kitchen culinary show and got into the top five finalists.
Afterwards the Marine Cuisine with Asian Touch will take the lead and will be presented by Oreanda Premier Hotel chef Vitaliy Vlahno, who is a genuine master of converting the freshest seafood into healthy mouth-watering dishes.
The festival will be finalized by the Haute Cuisine Week. What does it mean? Impeccable taste with a minimum amount of initial products – principle that the legendary Premier Palace Hotel chef Alexander Korol works by.
Culinary Festival will take place in honor of the Palazzo brand’s 10-year anniversary. The brand has already got the reputation for being the best in the city and easily maintains its title. Inasmuch as 2013 is also a year of Premier Hotels luxury collection 10th anniversary, Poltava gourmands and city guests will have an opportunity to taste only the best culinary chef-d’oeuvres, offered by the Premier Hotels in different Ukrainian regions.

November 25 – December 1: Premier Hotels Haute Cuisine
