With over 300 multinational companies taking part, QDF was known for its diversity in terms of employment, opportunities in career, and competitive employee benefits along with professional development of staffs via Learning Academy.
Numerous parameters are associated with the award mechanism like scoring from public voting on WeChat as well as HR practices that comprise number of employees, management to non-management ratio, turnover rate, diversity, gender distribution, career growth opportunities and others.
Through WeChat, QDF received around 7,558 votes for seven days, and was selected from 320 multinational organisations that took part from the Tourism and Hospitality sector.
