Rajesh Radhakrishnan has been appointed as the new Director of Food and Beverage with the Radisson Blu Cavelossim Goa.He holds more than two decades of experience in the hospitality sector and has a deep understanding of operations and pre-opening experience.
He has earlier served brands like the Taj, Cidade de Goa, Club Mahindra, Synergy hospitality, Sayaji and DYP hospitality.
He has also headed several vertical like the pre-opening and set up, optimizing guest satisfaction, human resources management, marketing management, and operational excellence and built strong cohesive teams.
Radhakrishnan, an extremely experienced professional in the hospitality sector will be responsible for setting up a new wave of transformation in the food and beverage area in the hotel.
He would bring in newer changes in the culinary division and work together with the team to optimize guest satisfaction.
He can converse in more than seven languages, is passionate about soft-skills training and mentoring.
