Radisson Hotels recently announced the launch of the ‘Radisson Cares’ campaign in India. The initiative comes at a time when the country is fighting against the COVID-19 pandemic through a complete nationwide lockdown. The campaign aims to leverage the company’s expertise across a range of service areas to make a positive difference in the lives of its guests.

The hospitality group wants to deliver its signature ‘Yes I Can’ service philosophy to guests with the help of the initiative especially when collaborated efforts like social distancing and staying home are being executed to combat the coronavirus outbreak. The campaign is being rolled out in five phases and will bring together tips and insights in the areas of housekeeping, food and beverage, elderly care, and health and wellness from the Group’s well regarded and globally recognized service professionals.

Zubin Saxena, Managing Director, and Vice President Operations, Radisson Hotel Group, South Asia said in a statement that the company’s ethos and spirit extend beyond occasions when guests stay or dine with the hotel. He mentioned that with over two decades of hospitality experience in India, Radisson understands the needs of its guests. He informed that tips and simple recommendations shared through the initiative will be routinely used to enhance the experience at the hotels, which guests can now recreate at their own homes.

He added that the campaign is the company’s tribute towards the health, wellness, and overall wellbeing of guests while they stay indoors.  He said that the company miss the guests and care for them and will be there to welcome them with the caring hospitality when the hotel gets back to business as usual.

Various phases of the campaign will present expert advice from chefs and service professionals including renowned Chef Rakesh Sethi, Corporate Executive Chef, Radisson Hotel Group, South Asia. Guests will also be able to learn about keeping their homes safe and hygienic, using immunity building ingredients in home-cooked food, keeping the elderly healthy and safe, as well as ensure personal wellness through the initiative.
