Rouge features supreme abalone and dried seafood ingredients, dishes highlight include Braised Whole Middle East Abalone, Braised Superior Bird’s Nest with Crab Cream Served with Supreme Soup, Braised Fish Maw, etc. Other festive Set Menus are also available.
