If you are considering conducting a meeting or group program in the Southeast U.S. in 2015, you should check out the “Hot Dates Meeting Package” being offered by The Renaissance World Golf Village Resort and Convention Center in Jacksonville/St. Augustine, Florida. Available for new programs booked by September 30, 2015, and actualized by December 31, 2015, with 25 or more rooms per night at the 301-room Northeast Florida resort, the package includes many enticing components. The “Hot Dates Meeting Package” includes: one complimentary upgrade for every 25 rooms on peak night; one complimentary room for every 40 rooms actualized; 15% off 2015 banquet menus; 15% off 2015 Audio Visual prices; complimentary guest room internet; and double Marriott Rewards Points. Plus, groups with a minimum of 50 rooms per night for two nights and two catered meals daily also will receive free transportation to and from Jacksonville International Airport. Recreational options at the resort include two championship golf courses: Slammer & Squire (just steps from The Renaissance Resort) and King & Bear (the only course in the world co-designed by Arnold “The King” Palmer and Jack “The Bear” Nicklaus). Guests also have access to four additional golf courses within 15 minutes of the resort, for a total of 108 holes of golf.
