Residence Inn by Marriott Wenatchee to open early next year

Leading national hospitality management and investment company, The Hotel Group recently announced the launch of a new property, a five-story Residence Inn by Marriott in Wenatchee, Washington. The new property would contribute to the increasing chain of hotels under the same company.

The building has already organized the groundbreaking ceremony and is set to open in the first quarter of 2021. The project has been co-invested by Stream Real Estate of Seattle and The Hotel Group. The property would be owned and managed by the former.

The Residence Inn will offer accommodation of 127 suites. Each suite will have plush bedding and linens alongside spacious window facing workstation. All rooms will be equipped with a fully-developed kitchen.

The design of the property has been inspired by the striking Wenatchee landscape. The warm wood tones, local photographic themes and cool natural stone will allow guests to experience the true spirit of the West. The outdoor area is designed in the form of a resort. It will include a blazing fire pit, creative soft seating arrangements and outdoor grills. Guests can engross themselves in an ideal outdoor atmosphere while enjoying the comfort and convenience of The Residence Inn. In addition, it will have 1,400 square feet of meeting space that can host a variety of events and conferences.

The property also comes with a heated pool, professional spa services, fully-equipped fitness facility and a full-service bar. The hotel would feature a complimentary breakfast service that will be provided to business and leisure travellers as well as families and sports teams.

Located at a very convenient location, the property will be easily accessible to local attractions like skiing, kayaking, fly fishing, mountain biking and trail hiking. Important tourist spots such as the Wenatchee Valley Mall, Pybus Market, Town Toyota Center, Rocky Reach Dam, Lake Chelan, Ohme Gardens and Leavenworth Bavarian Village among others are located near to the building. Alongside, the property will allow guests to have remarkable views of the Columbia River and the Cascade Mountains.
