Four Seasons Resort Nevis and Triscape invite travellers to take up a more active lifestyle and join the two Olympians from March 22 to 29, 2017 on a special sporting retreat at the Resort. Keri-anne and David will help guests achieve their next swimming challenge, whether they are novice swimmer or aspiring competitors. This team of world leading experts will improve guests’ swim technique, nutrition and confidence in the clear beautiful waters around the paradise island of Nevis. Space is very limited for Four Seasons Triscape Retreat and pre-registration is required.
Four Seasons Resort Nevis is offering a special package that includes accommodations, registration into Four Seasons Triscape Retreat, and a host of exclusive experiences such as a 50-minute one-on-one customied coaching session. Each day will start with a yoga inspired morning warm-up on the beach with Keri-anne. Throughout, guests will enjoy the extraordinary service and exemplary accommodations, which Four Seasons is world renowned for.
Throughout the seven-day Four Seasons Triscape Retreat, registered guests will participate in a tailored program specific to each guest, which includes one personal coaching session, video analysis, two open-water sea skills sessions, two open-water sea safaris, two nutritional lunch workshops with Keri-anne and Executive Chef Sam Faggetti, one dinner with Olympians and a VIP entry into the 15th Annual Bente Weber Memorial Cross-Channel Swim on March 26, 2017.
Participants can immediately apply what they’ve learned during the 2.5-mile (4-kilometre) Cross-channel swim, an annual St. Kitts and Nevis event where athletes from all over the world cross from Oualie Beach on Nevis to Cockleshell Beach on St. Kitts. The sea route is the shortest distance between the two neighbouring islands and is also known as “The Narrows.”
Triscape was founded by Olympians Keri-anne Payne and David Carry to share their knowledge, experience and passion for swimming in the pool and in the open water.
