Celebrate the New Year at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North with lively ambiance and Latin flavours at Talavera on December 31, 2018, where Chef Samantha Sanz will present a gala six-course Spanish tasting menu. Guests will be greeted with the sounds of live flamenco guitar as well as a glass of Dom Pérignon to sip while sampling freshly shucked West Coast oysters before enjoying the prix fixe menu.
Highlighting the tasting menu will be Chef Sanz’ paella legendaria, featuring duck confit, foie gras, truffle Iberian pork sausage and lobster with saffron bomba rice, and a grass-fed tomahawk ribeye served with black truffle and herb chimichurri. As the clock strikes midnight, ring in the New Year with a complimentary champagne toast and party favours at Onyx Bar & Lounge, along with live entertainment all night long. The New Year’s Eve Talavera dinner, which includes the Dom Pérignon Masquerade New Year’s Eve Party at Onyx Bar & Lounge, is USD 325 per person. Dinner reservations are available from 5:30 to 9:30 pm. Reservations are required.
Guests can begin and end their celebration in Onyx Bar & Lounge for the Dom Pérignon Masquerade New Year’s Eve Party, where they can enjoy the festivities along with panoramic desert views. The party will include a live DJ and dancing, a complimentary premium beverage, passed sweets and late night bites and a Champagne toast at midnight. Additional food and cocktails will be available for purchase including drinks from the Glenmorangie Scotch Bar and Belvedere Vodka Martini Bar. Party-goers are encouraged to wear cocktail attire and a masquerade mask. Tickets for the Dom Pérignon Masquerade New Year’s Eve Party are USD 125 per person, and must be purchased in advance.
Proof, An American Canteen will offer New Year’s dinner specials including lobster “bloody mary” ceviche and smoked bacon-wrapped beef tenderloin for dinner, which will be served from 5:30 to 9:30 pm. Live music starts at 6:00 pm with local artist Jared Blackstone. Following dinner, guests can stay to watch the Times Square ball drop on the restaurant’s 11 televisions.
Guests looking to make the most out of their New Year’s celebrations can indulge in Proof’s special breakfast and brunch buffet from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm on January 1, 2019. The buffet will feature a variety of delectable breakfast items sure to satisfy holiday cravings and will offer Mimosas and a Bloody Mary bar. Breakfast and brunch buffet reservations will be available for parties of eight and larger only.
