Himalayan Salt Stone Massage

On February 1, 2017, The Five-Star Spa at Mandarin Oriental, Boston will introduce a heated, re-mineralizing wellness experience.

Designed to boost the immune system and balance the body’s natural mineralization levels, The Spa’s Himalayan Salt Stone Massage is a soothing 1 hour and 20 minute full-body experience that detoxifies while nourishing. Featuring warm, hand-carved, pink Himalayan salt stones, this pampering treatment eases muscle tension while alkalizing and lightly exfoliating the skin, leaving the guest deeply relaxed and radiant.

“Pink Himalayan salt contains 84 natural minerals and elements that are found in the human body,” says Virginia Lara, Director of Spa at Mandarin Oriental, Boston. “As our guest’s desire for overall wellness continues to grow, this ideal crystal is the perfect enhancement to complement The Spa’s holistic approach to wellness, revitalizing mind, body, and spirit.”
