Sonia Cheng, chief executive of Rosewood Hotel Group said that the Rosewood brand, Rosewood Hong Kong will play a significant role in the future narrative of the city and the group. The ultra-luxury hospitality jewel is a comprehensive expression of her vision for the brand.
Hong Kong will get a new vibrancy through the hotel’s creative , innovative and distinctive offerings. It will establish a compelling destination within the Tsim Sha Tsui and the Kowloon waterfront which will add a different flavor to the city.
Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates-designed designed the Rosewood Hong Kong tower. The hotel stands on the site of the former Hotl’s Wharf that dates back to 1910 and later the New World Centre ( It gained prominence during Hong Kong’s manufacturing heyday of the 1970s and 80s).
The refined spirit of the vertical state will be reflected through the hotel’s landscaped lawns, verdant gardens and terraces along with harbour views.
The hotel will be hosting the first urban outpost of Asaya which is Rosewood’s signature integrative wellness offering.
There will be 186 spacious, inspired interiors having uniquely positioned luxury accommodation designed for longer-tern stays in the Rosewood Residences.
