Just hours into 2016, a female that was reportedly showing increasingly aggressive behaviour towards cabin crew during the flight was handed over to the local police. Jet2.com will now be working closely with the relevant authorities to pursue any necessary action.
The latest in a growing number of incidents for the airline industry, this example of disruptive behaviour is exactly what Jet2.com, alongside our partners, hopes to tackle as part of the Onboard Together campaign.
Widely reported by the media (see Daily Mail article below), with customer support also shared on Twitter (above), this latest action shows Jet2.com’s continued commitment to Onboard Together and follows numerous successes for the campaign in 2015.
