The flights will be operative on a 90-seat regional jet.
For the south-west England residents this will be an easy Scandinavian city summer escape and the new route will help travellers reach the Denmark’s caopital within under a two-hour flight from Cornwall
Across the SAS network to over 125 worldwide destinations including Beijing, Singapore, Hong Kong and Bangkok the route will be offering travellers connections.
Earlier in April the airline has launched route between London Standsted and Copenhagen and the new service will bring SAS routes to the Danish capital from seven UK airports. This included London Heathrow, Manchester, Birmingham, Aberdeen and Edinburgh.
On Monday and Fridays flights from Newquay will operate in each direction and they will be perfectly timed for the weekend break. The flights will depart from Newquay at 19:05, arriving into Copenhagen at 22:10, and return from Copenhagen at 17:00 and arriving into Newquay at 18:25.
