His key skill set rests on exceeding guest expectations and instilling a culture of service excellence. He has over 20 years in the luxury hospitality spanning countries like Asia, Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
Leone earlier held the role of several senior management positions in InterContinental properties. He was the resident manager of InterContinental Doha, executive assistant of food and beverage in Cairo, as well food and beverage manager in London and assistant food and beverage manager in Dubai.
He can support diversity with elan and fluently speaks French, English, and Italian. His passion for learning different cultures has led him in effective handling , inspiring and engaging his team.
