Satay, modern Indonesian and Malay spelling of sate, is a dish of seasoned, skewered and grilled meat, served with a sauce. These are grilled or barbecued over a wood or charcoal fire, then served with various spicy seasonings.
Laid out close to the water body area of the award winning restaurant the Satays will be prepared live. Choose from the likes of the luscious Thai style chicken satay, the tempting Satay Kambing and the succulent cottage cheese satay among others. Team them up with Peanut sauce or the Sambal.
