The Dialogue in the Dark exhibition in Hamburg is based on an idea pioneered by the DialogMuseum in Frankfurt. Blind people guide you through a pitch-black exhibition and introduce you to their world. Familiar situations from daily life, such as a walk through a park, are reproduced here.
In Hamburg you can also visit the Dialogue in Silence exhibition where you forgo the ability to hear and speak. To maintain a conversation you will need your hands as well as an array of facial expressions.
The extraordinary Dinner in the Dark offers you the opportunity to really put your taste buds to the test. As the name of the event suggests, your dinner is served in pitch-black surroundings – by blind waiters and waitresses. Guten appetit!
