Called ‘View From the Top – TMC Leaders Speak’, the panel will feature TMC luminaries Doug Anderson, President & CEO, Carlson Wagonlit Travel; Stewart Harvey, Group Commercial Director, HRG; John Snyder, President and COO, BCD Travel and Shannon Hyland, President & CEO, Radius Travel.
They will reveal their visions for the future of the industry and the future of TMCs; discuss the changing needs of their clients and the hottest topics facing the industry today, from NDC to travel management 2.0.
The session will take place at 1015 on Wednesday 5 February at the Business Travel Show. Celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2014, the show takes place 4-5 February at Earls Court in London and is Europe’s leading exhibition and conference for the European corporate travel market. More than 200 suppliers exhibit and 6,000 travel professionals
attend to source, learn and network.

The 2014 conference programme is free to attend for registered visitors to the Business Travel Show. It features over 70 sessions including panels, keynotes, case studies and masterclasses. The content is curated by Amon Cohen and Melanie Garrett with input from the 12 senior European buyers on the show’s advisory board.
