Severe delays trigger travel chaos for London Underground commuters

London UndergroundA signal failure and faulty train had ended up creating a great deal of travel chaos, as it held up passengers between Epping and Liverpool Street who had been heading westbound.


Some delays had also taken place westbound between Liverpool Street and West Ruislip or Ealing Boradway trains westbound. Some of the commuters have claimed that they had been stranded on board the trains for up to about 40 minutes.


Many of the commuters of London Underground were really frustrated.


And, they took to a popular microblogging site to vent their frustration at the inconvenience caused due to these delays. Some of them complained about the bad service of London Underground and how they were extremely late for their destinations and important responsibilities.


Another commuter said that their train had stopped at five red signals over just two stops.


The Central Line is currently operation quite a good service.
