The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi announced the appointment of Mr. Siddharth Sathe as their new Hotel manager. With over 8 years of work experience in the hospitality industry, his key expertise lies in maintaining excellent guest relations along with maximizing employee productivity and improving operational efficiencies.
In his new role with Westin, Siddharth will actively lead the operational activities and will cater to various industrial segments of Delhi NCR and other markets. He will be supervising the growth and implementation of operational plans as well as programs to ensure optimum guest satisfaction, sales potential ensuring that the property is seen as being the principle innovator in the market place and the Hotel of Choice. He will play an essential role in the preparation of the Strategic Business and Operating Plans at the hotel.
In his past experience, he has been associated with Starwood at the W Retreat & Spa, Maldives as the Restaurant Manager.
Along with his enormous industry knowledge, Siddharth has been associated with various other leading hospitality chains. Siddharth possesses a large skill sets which include Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Affirmative Action Plans, Financial Management, Forecast Analysis and Budget Management. Siddharth’s interest in the hospitality industry emerged from the inception of his formal education. He is a Graduate from the Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development and possesses a degree of Hotel and Hospitality Administration from the Institute of Hotel Management, Chennai. He is a passionate hotelier who believes in creating bespoke experiences for all guests.
