Egencia was using API of SilverRail, since 2010, in order to supply Amtrak bookings of their corporate customers in USA. The Amtrak bookings were moving steadily towards growth in 2015, on Egencia platform. The bookings are still exhibiting healthy growth this year.
Customers of Egencia can easily access every feature found on Amtrak.com, with connection to SilverRail because of company-endorsed program.
The customers of Egencia can use features like e-ticketing, online ticket cancellation, negotiated corporate rates, train amenities display etc., everything that enables the rail journey smooth and easy.
