Silversea Expeditions’ Silver Explorer will make a debut with a new collection of comfortable voyages through the Americas as it traces a path north from Ushuaia up the Pacific coastline to the hub of Vancouver.
Each of the seven new expedition voyages of Silver Explorer will offer its customers with the opportunity to discover history, landscapes and wildlife on tours led by an expedition team of experienced tour guides.
Conrad Combrink, the Vice President of Silversea Expeditions said that Silversea Expeditions is now developing its vessel for the launch. These new and exciting voyages offer the modern-day travellers to get a chance to visit the natural beauties which are surely a bounty. It gives a chance to revive the naturally stunning and historically interesting west coast of the Americas.
Each of the expeditions will offer an extensive assortment of exploration activities to the adventure travllers, from exploring the rich marine ecosystems by Zodiac, hiking in rain-forests, discovering prolific wildlife, cruising historically important rivers, and exploring volcanoes, to savouring incredible cuisine.
The selection of Silversea Expeditions is along the west coasts of these two continents, which will impress and leave the most traveller longing for more.
The adventure trips will begin with a 14-day journey from Ushuaia to Valparaíso from February 2018. The major destinations include the Patagonia’s lakes, glaciers, mountains and fjords. The wooden buildings of Chiloé Island and magnificent Torres del Paine National Park will allure the tourists.
The 10-day trips from Valparaíso to Callao consists of a complimentary outing to see Peru’s Nazca Lines from the air, plus boat excursions to the Ballestas Islands to spot cormorants, blue-footed boobies, terns, pelicans and Humboldt penguins. There will also be an optional overnight experience in the Atacama Desert too.
